Avoid clothing that restricts your movement, obstructs your vision, leads to overheating in warm weather, or becomes entangled in the safety equipment. Skirts and dresses are not allowed.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. We recommend jeans, trousers or shorts rather than skirts or dresses because you’ll be wearing a harness. The staff will provide you with climb shoes for all climbers but you can also wear your own shoes on the climb if they have velcro or laced fastening, are deep tread walking shoes/boots, are clean and mud-free on the soles/tread to not damage the walkway. You must wear socks.
Get up close to the British Crown Jewels and mingle with the Yeoman Warders (Beefeaters) on a tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site that was formerly a prison and a palace.
Go on a 30-min ride on the AC capsule on the London Eye and see miles of the London skyline from 135 m above the air, including sites like Westminster Abbey and St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Head to the top floors of the United Kingdom’s tallest building and see epic views of the city, with a glass of champagne to enjoy on a solo date, with your partner, or a group.
The entire experience takes about 90 minutes to complete. The first part includes your briefing and time to get into your climb gear. The climb will take approximately an hour, depending on the speed of the group.
You can either book yourself in for the next available climb for free or if no other slots are suitable, you will get a refund.
Yes, but do note that Up at The O2 is 52m high and involves an ascent and descent of up to 30 degrees. Once you’ve started the climb, you have to complete it. However, your guide will be with you the whole way and is trained to help you complete the climb. There is also a rescue team on site for anyone who requires extra assistance. If you're scared or worried you will not be able to climb, you will not be given a refund, so choose carefully before you book your tickets.
If a climb is canceled due to the weather, a rebooking or refund will be provided. Confirm the climb's operational status in case of adverse weather, ensuring a seamless experience.
Yes, your guide will carry essential medication like inhalers, insulin, and nourishment for you.
