Everything! The climb itself was great, and the views from the top incredible. Our instructor Liam was excellent; he gave us an informative safety briefing injected with a bit of humour to stop it being boring. He was also chatty and helpful throughout the climb, and very willing to take pictures for the guests. Being able to buy drinks to have at the top was a nice touch.

Max was our walk guide, he was really clear and business like in our safety talk. Once we began our climb he was knowledgeable and entertaining, ready to help if needed. At the top of the O2 he did an interactive talk on the views around us, aimed at some school children but educational for adults too. His knowledge of the surrounding area and beyond was fantastic as well as anecdotal. He kept that stream of facts up right to the ground. Overall a brilliant experience, one I wasn't 100% sure I'd enjoy as someone who doesnt like heights, but it was fantastic. I'd go again.

I'd booked this to do with my sister, but she had ti cancel the day before we were due to go. I asked acouple of other friends but they were working & it was short notice for them to arrange the day off. I nearly didn't go, but im so gald I did. Mg time slot was 12.25pm, the weather said rain at around that time. So I got there early, hoping I would be able to go up earlier, it was no problem. There were only 5 in our group, our guide was Matt. He took time to chat to each of us as we were going up. The worse part was the steep bit on the way down. The photo packages were good value, which I bought. Thanks Matt for a great experience. I would recommend it & I'll do it again.

The process was very simple and well-organized. Fill out a waiver, put on boots and a jacket/gillet with zipper pockets so your phone doesn't go tumbling 52m to the ground, strap in, and start climbing. We didn't move too fast, nor too slowly, we stopped for breathers and to check out the sights, and the view from the top was incrdible. (We were lucky to have perfect weather!) Cheryl was super nice, hekpful, informed, engaged; everything you could ask in a guide. Would do again, 5 out of 5!

The attraction was very informative and the wardens were helpful and very accommodating. Loved the ravens! And the crown jewels were A-MAZ-ING! Lots of steps to contend with on site so wear comfortable footwear if you go. Booking online made tickets and entry easier. Would highly recommend

I had no idea of everything that was in the Tower. We would have allotted much more time. Fanscinating. The Yeoman, AJ, was an outstanding guide - mixing humor with the history. You should allot 3 hours for the tour!

It was obvious from minute one that the most entertaining part of the experience of the Tower of London was going to be the Yeoman who led the tour. He knew his stuff and educated as well as made us laugh.

The tickets were easy to buy, download and use. Great experience. The Tower itself was extra crowded due to VE Day celebrations. We paid for the headphones which are definitely NOT worth it. The headphones are not user friendly and do not improve the experience.

Absolutely loved the Toer of London. Fantastic place to visit, we visited on a bank holiday weekend and as you can imagine it was busy but the queue flowed very quickly. Lots to see and do, coffee shop, gift shop. Audio tours. An excellent attraction with the Crown Jewels to top it off.

Arriving at 8:30am, the tour of the jewels was carried out in excellent conditions; afterwards, the historical explanations on the use of the different places were very well done; the armor room was extra with pieces in very good condition.

Easy scanning of the tickets on the cell phone, smooth processing. You can stay on the grounds as long as you like The only drawback is that nothing depends on the time slot you have booked, you queue as normal and there is a huge queue at the Crown Jewels.

Purchasing tickets was easy. The tower was beautiful. Exhibits were informational. There were a lot of people! So many people that sometimes it was hard to move freely and see exhibits. My only real complaint is that there were so many people, that the wait to see the Crown Jewels was at least an hour. Unfortunately, we were unable to see them , which was the one thing I was most excited about seeing. I was disappointed about that. Overall, a good experience.

Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. We would rather come back and would be happy to be your customers again. Many thanks and best wishes to the funny ravens.

Azacquiring tickets was very easy, ditto accessing the Tower of London by simply showing the QR codes on your smartphone. We were able to enter without any problem as much as an hour and a half early, perhaps because it was not too crowded, and we visited the site for about 8 hours, availing ourselves of an audio guide in Italian for only £5 each.

We booked the Fast Pass for Sunday at 11:45 AM on 11May, for the London Eye. We walked right up to the Fadt Pass lane with nearly no queue, scanned our two QR codes we printed and were directed straight to the ride. The total time from arrival at the Fast Pass to stepping onto the ride was less than three minutes! Well worth the extra cost for us.

Up at The O2 | 360° views of London's skyline

Experience London from new heights at Up at The O2! You'll have the opportunity to ascend the O2 Arena's dome and take in views of historic landmarks, including the Olympic Park and Canary Wharf. This 90-min experience will take you across a walkway suspended 52 meters in the air for a chance to admire London in all its glory from a unique vantage point.

About Up at The O2

Things to know before booking your Up at The O2 tickets

  • Types of tickets: Located in central London in the Greenwich area, Up at The O2 is a popular activity for adventure-seekers. You can book a Daytime Climb, a Sunset or Twilight Climb, a Friday Night Climb, or a combo ticket to other nearby attractions like the London Eye.
  • What’s included: Your ticket includes either a daytime, sunset, or twilight climb, an experienced guide accompanying you on the climb, and climbing gear, including a jacket, shoes, harness, and other safety equipment.
  • Timed entry: Note that all tickets are timed, no matter what climb you choose. Please arrive at least 15 mins before your scheduled time slot so as not to miss your experience.
  • Summer Sessions: Every Friday night from July 25 to Aug 29, 2025, you can head up to the top of The O2, enjoy a premium cocktail or mocktail along with a live DJ session with Friday Night Climb tickets. Get an extended 25 mins on the roof and relax at this adult-only event.
  • Combo tickets: Combo tickets allow you to visit an attraction or experience at a discounted price in addition to your Up at The O2 experience. Choose between combo tickets to the London Eye or a flexible sightseeing Thames River cruise.
  • Best time to go: Daytime Climbs are suitable for families rather than a tiring experience in the evening and for tourists who want to fit the climb into a busy sightseeing schedule. Witness the sky transform into a palette of colors, providing a picturesque backdrop and a romantic ambiance ideal for couples on a Sunset Climb. You can see landmarks illuminated, including the Thames reflecting the city lights.

We waited almost 1 hour to take the green route, and after a quarter of an hour it stopped for its break...

We chose 3 because we only had 1 day. It was great because it did not require reservations for Westminster Abbey which was sold out for the day.
