Friendly welcome. Informative guide . While climbing and at the top. Fabulous day. Recommended to everyone.

Was great fun wasn't sure if we could do it at our age
It is something special a and fun to do in London
Everything! The climb itself was great, and the views from the top incredible. Our instructor Liam was excellent; he gave us an informative safety briefing injected with a bit of humour to stop it being boring. He was also chatty and helpful throughout the climb, and very willing to take pictures for the guests. Being able to buy drinks to have at the top was a nice touch.
Max was our walk guide, he was really clear and business like in our safety talk. Once we began our climb he was knowledgeable and entertaining, ready to help if needed. At the top of the O2 he did an interactive talk on the views around us, aimed at some school children but educational for adults too. His knowledge of the surrounding area and beyond was fantastic as well as anecdotal. He kept that stream of facts up right to the ground. Overall a brilliant experience, one I wasn't 100% sure I'd enjoy as someone who doesnt like heights, but it was fantastic. I'd go again.
It was amazing, not as scary as I thought it would be and was super safe really enjoyed it and finding out about all the little facts about the O2 arena
The staff were so helpful. I wasn't sure if I was going to do it at the last minute but they were so encouraging. Nothing was too much trouble. And worth the sense of achievement completing it with my girls. Thank you. 🙂
I'd booked this to do with my sister, but she had ti cancel the day before we were due to go. I asked acouple of other friends but they were working & it was short notice for them to arrange the day off. I nearly didn't go, but im so gald I did. Mg time slot was 12.25pm, the weather said rain at around that time. So I got there early, hoping I would be able to go up earlier, it was no problem. There were only 5 in our group, our guide was Matt. He took time to chat to each of us as we were going up. The worse part was the steep bit on the way down. The photo packages were good value, which I bought. Thanks Matt for a great experience. I would recommend it & I'll do it again.
It was the thrill of walking up th he side of the O2 and then seeing the amazing views . The staff were excellent proffesional ,helpful friendly and I do want to do it again .
The process was very smooth from start to finish… The stuff were all very pleasant and accommodating with answering any questions. Our guide made it a very pleasant experience..
Brilliant experience. Reasonably priced. Tom was an excellent tour guide 👍🏼

Great team, fabulous event, amazing views of the moon rising.
Great fun seeing the view from above. Great fun climbing
Our guide was brilliant. Learnt some facts about the dome also. I came to conquer a fear and done just that
The guy was not rude but I felt like a baby taken care of. The whole security treatment was like this was the most dangerous place on earth.
Had a lovely time and our guide, Dani, made it feel special!
A great experience! Perfectly timed to be at the top of the O2 at sunset!

We enjoyed the cruise. The guy driving and doing commentary was the perfect combination of knowledgeable and humorous. He made the sailing a lot of fun.
Hubby and I absolutely loved our walk over the 02! Weather was perfect so the views were far reaching and showed the London skyline at its best. Michaela, our guide, was great fun and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Staff were brilliant! Very knowledgeable, caring and on hand to take pictures for everyone! The views amazing... we did have a blue skies clear day. Recommend to anyone thinking of doing it!

Everything was made so easy and delighted that our guide Mark informed us that we could use the cable car for half price by showing our climb tickets. Mark was a delight to climb with and very informative/knowledgeable. Thank you
The climb was so well organised. From the video to colllection of kit to having your belongings ready and waiting at the end. Our guide Cheryl was amazing. She was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and qualified. She helped everyone get through the climb and was cheerful throughout.
Our guide Lilly was amazing with our daughter that was a bit scared of heights, always checking on her and reassuring her. Something will definitely do again as a family, and we've spoken about the sunset climb. The views are amazing.
My wife & I took my 8 year old nephew, we had already been up before but this was his first time and he really enjoyed it! He was the only young person in the group and the climb leader Bo made sure he was at the front, which Fletcher loved. Bo was really enthusiastic and explained everything really well. Thank you Lisanne, Rachel & Fletcher

The process was very simple and well-organized. Fill out a waiver, put on boots and a jacket/gillet with zipper pockets so your phone doesn't go tumbling 52m to the ground, strap in, and start climbing. We didn't move too fast, nor too slowly, we stopped for breathers and to check out the sights, and the view from the top was incrdible. (We were lucky to have perfect weather!) Cheryl was super nice, hekpful, informed, engaged; everything you could ask in a guide. Would do again, 5 out of 5!
It was amazing, not as scary as I thought it would be and was super safe really enjoyed it and finding out about all the little facts about the O2 arena
Such a great experience. The walk was hard enough to feel like an achievement, and easy enough, so I think most could do it. The view from the top was amazing. We had a very lovely guide who was super friendly and engaging. Great experience.
The staff were so helpful. I wasn't sure if I was going to do it at the last minute but they were so encouraging. Nothing was too much trouble. And worth the sense of achievement completing it with my girls. Thank you. 🙂
The cruise was fine but the commentary system broke down (not the crew's fault of course). It just meant we missed a lot of commentary and then had to switch boats to finish the journey.
Arron and Abdul were awesome! They were knowledgeable, professional, funny and great guides! It was a brilliant experience. Thank you

The attraction was very informative and the wardens were helpful and very accommodating. Loved the ravens! And the crown jewels were A-MAZ-ING! Lots of steps to contend with on site so wear comfortable footwear if you go. Booking online made tickets and entry easier. Would highly recommend
the tower of london was ama inv so much to see and our three grandchildren loved it all ,especially the crown jewels and the mint collection ton ,can't belive we are londoners and have never been before ,the poppy displays were stunning ,that was the highlight for me so beautiful we all had a fab time ,the children loved chatting with the friendly yeomans as well , ,we had lunch in the cafe which was all plentiful & delicious ,we will definitely go again
Brilliant day out, lots of interesting things to see and it was lovely to see the Poppies cascading around the Tower. Would highly recommend anyone who hasn't visited to go ahead and buy a ticket, you will not be disappointed.
I had no idea of everything that was in the Tower. We would have allotted much more time. Fanscinating. The Yeoman, AJ, was an outstanding guide - mixing humor with the history. You should allot 3 hours for the tour!
It was obvious from minute one that the most entertaining part of the experience of the Tower of London was going to be the Yeoman who led the tour. He knew his stuff and educated as well as made us laugh.
The tickets were easy to buy, download and use. Great experience. The Tower itself was extra crowded due to VE Day celebrations. We paid for the headphones which are definitely NOT worth it. The headphones are not user friendly and do not improve the experience.
10 a.m. visit with a light flow Very nice exhibition Very interesting site I highly recommend However, from noon onwards, monstrous queues !!!! Prefer early mornings

Absolutely loved the Toer of London. Fantastic place to visit, we visited on a bank holiday weekend and as you can imagine it was busy but the queue flowed very quickly. Lots to see and do, coffee shop, gift shop. Audio tours. An excellent attraction with the Crown Jewels to top it off.
Arriving at 8:30am, the tour of the jewels was carried out in excellent conditions; afterwards, the historical explanations on the use of the different places were very well done; the armor room was extra with pieces in very good condition.

Easy scanning of the tickets on the cell phone, smooth processing. You can stay on the grounds as long as you like The only drawback is that nothing depends on the time slot you have booked, you queue as normal and there is a huge queue at the Crown Jewels.

Purchasing tickets was easy. The tower was beautiful. Exhibits were informational. There were a lot of people! So many people that sometimes it was hard to move freely and see exhibits. My only real complaint is that there were so many people, that the wait to see the Crown Jewels was at least an hour. Unfortunately, we were unable to see them , which was the one thing I was most excited about seeing. I was disappointed about that. Overall, a good experience.
Hubby and I absolutely loved our walk over the 02! Weather was perfect so the views were far reaching and showed the London skyline at its best. Michaela, our guide, was great fun and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. We would rather come back and would be happy to be your customers again. Many thanks and best wishes to the funny ravens.

Super convenient to book from home. I would recommend it to anyone. Otherwise the queues can be quite long or you don't even get in. Everything worked great and the tower is really very interesting and worth seeing.

Azacquiring tickets was very easy, ditto accessing the Tower of London by simply showing the QR codes on your smartphone. We were able to enter without any problem as much as an hour and a half early, perhaps because it was not too crowded, and we visited the site for about 8 hours, availing ourselves of an audio guide in Italian for only £5 each.

Had a great visit to the Tower yesterday. Nev the Yeoman warder was excellent. Very entertaining and the Crown Jewels never disappoint.
The tour was amazing! Must do!

Tickets did exactly what we expected. Nice to avoid the long line. Extreamly satisfied with the London Eye. Very clean, knowledgeable staff, well maintained.
We booked the Fast Pass for Sunday at 11:45 AM on 11May, for the London Eye. We walked right up to the Fadt Pass lane with nearly no queue, scanned our two QR codes we printed and were directed straight to the ride. The total time from arrival at the Fast Pass to stepping onto the ride was less than three minutes! Well worth the extra cost for us.
Buying tickets online was quick and easy. The queue cutter was really worth it, we easily saved a 45-minute wait. The tour of the wheel takes about 30 minutes and at the top the view of London is magnificent. A must when visiting London.
