Everything! The climb itself was great, and the views from the top incredible. Our instructor Liam was excellent; he gave us an informative safety briefing injected with a bit of humour to stop it being boring. He was also chatty and helpful throughout the climb, and very willing to take pictures for the guests. Being able to buy drinks to have at the top was a nice touch.

Max was our walk guide, he was really clear and business like in our safety talk. Once we began our climb he was knowledgeable and entertaining, ready to help if needed. At the top of the O2 he did an interactive talk on the views around us, aimed at some school children but educational for adults too. His knowledge of the surrounding area and beyond was fantastic as well as anecdotal. He kept that stream of facts up right to the ground. Overall a brilliant experience, one I wasn't 100% sure I'd enjoy as someone who doesnt like heights, but it was fantastic. I'd go again.

I'd booked this to do with my sister, but she had ti cancel the day before we were due to go. I asked acouple of other friends but they were working & it was short notice for them to arrange the day off. I nearly didn't go, but im so gald I did. Mg time slot was 12.25pm, the weather said rain at around that time. So I got there early, hoping I would be able to go up earlier, it was no problem. There were only 5 in our group, our guide was Matt. He took time to chat to each of us as we were going up. The worse part was the steep bit on the way down. The photo packages were good value, which I bought. Thanks Matt for a great experience. I would recommend it & I'll do it again.

The process was very simple and well-organized. Fill out a waiver, put on boots and a jacket/gillet with zipper pockets so your phone doesn't go tumbling 52m to the ground, strap in, and start climbing. We didn't move too fast, nor too slowly, we stopped for breathers and to check out the sights, and the view from the top was incrdible. (We were lucky to have perfect weather!) Cheryl was super nice, hekpful, informed, engaged; everything you could ask in a guide. Would do again, 5 out of 5!

Absolutely loved the Toer of London. Fantastic place to visit, we visited on a bank holiday weekend and as you can imagine it was busy but the queue flowed very quickly. Lots to see and do, coffee shop, gift shop. Audio tours. An excellent attraction with the Crown Jewels to top it off.

Purchasing tickets was easy. The tower was beautiful. Exhibits were informational. There were a lot of people! So many people that sometimes it was hard to move freely and see exhibits. My only real complaint is that there were so many people, that the wait to see the Crown Jewels was at least an hour. Unfortunately, we were unable to see them , which was the one thing I was most excited about seeing. I was disappointed about that. Overall, a good experience.

Ticket booking and admission were super reliable. You should plan enough time for the Tower; this is actually a day program. The jewels are beautiful and can be viewed in peace despite the crowds. The crowds are hardly anyone's fault, as we were there too. Apart from that, the Tower is a great and really worth seeing site with lots of small exhibitions and attractions. Overall, London is impressive. You can't see all the highlights with peace, quiet and a sense of culture and art, and it's better to pay the entrance fee selectively. Azacquiring tickets was very easy, ditto accessing the Tower of London by simply showing the QR codes on your smartphone. We were able to enter without any problem as much as an hour and a half early, perhaps because it was not too crowded, and we visited the site for about 8 hours, availing ourselves of an audio guide in Italian for only £5 each.

We booked the Fast Pass for Sunday at 11:45 AM on 11May, for the London Eye. We walked right up to the Fadt Pass lane with nearly no queue, scanned our two QR codes we printed and were directed straight to the ride. - Storage facility: You can leave your large bags at the storage facility just outside the main entrance (£10 per bag).
- Parking facilities: Car parks 2, 3, and 4 are available for all non-event parking needs, including Up at The O2. All parking areas have payment machines that accept cash or cards, and there’s no need to book a space before you arrive.
- Medical rooms: The O2 has 3 medical rooms, one outside block 113, one outside 413, and one just behind the main stage for guests who have general admission standing tickets.
- Wi-Fi: The O2 has hotspots for both O2 Wi-Fi and the Cloud.
- The climb may pose challenges for individuals with certain disabilities. For a wheelchair-accessible activity, try the wheelchair climb at Up at The O2. Using a pulley system, specialized guides will pull you up and over the walkway in a wheelchair. These climbs only occur on specific dates and are in high demand. Ensure the experience aligns with personal mobility needs.

- Restrictions: You must be at least 8 years old, 1.2m tall, weigh no more than 130 kg/286 lbs, and not have a waist measurement of more than 125cm or an upper thigh measurement of more than 75cm to do the climb.
- Pregnant women: Pregnant women are not permitted to do the O2 Climb.
- Medical conditions: If you have had an epileptic seizure in the past 12 months, climbing is not suitable for you. Check with the Box Office if you have any health conditions related to vertigo, pre-existing physical injuries, or congenital defects. Guests should be in good health and prepared for a moderate level of exertion.
- Children: An adult must accompany children under 18 years to do the O2 Climb.
- What’s not allowed: Mobile phones are allowed during the climb and can only be used on the viewing platform. Other belongings must be kept in the locker. Smartphones and small cameras are allowed; GoPros and larger cameras are not allowed.
- When to arrive: Arrive 15 minutes before your departure time. Late arrivals will not be admitted. In these cases, tickets will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Drinking: Climbers must be sober during the climb.
- ID: You are required to bring a photo ID for verification. Any ID with a clear picture of the individual on it will suffice.
- Avoid clothing that restricts your movement, obstructs your vision, leads to overheating in warm weather, or becomes entangled in the safety equipment.
- Skirts and dresses are not allowed.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather.
- We recommend jeans, trousers or shorts rather than skirts or dresses because you’ll be wearing a harness.
- The staff will provide you with climb shoes for all climbers, but you can also wear your own shoes on the climb if they have velcro or laced fastening, are deep-tread walking shoes/boots, and are clean and mud-free on the soles/tread to not damage the walkway.
- You must wear socks.
- Avoid eating a heavy, greasy meal before your O2 Climb experience. You can have a light meal like a sandwich or a smoothie.
- The first set of stairs is fairly easy to climb; however, the actual incline is pretty steep. So, if you have back pain or trouble with your knees, the O2 Climb might not be your cup of tea.
- The O2 is a cashless venue, so you will need to use your cards. However, you can still use cash at the restaurants and bars outside the arena.
- Head to one of the customer service desks outside block 101 on level 1 or block 410 on level 4, and the staff will store your buggy until after the climb.
- Zizzi: From risottos to pizza, Zizzi is a great place for a busy visitor with a selective palate.
- Scarlet Rasoi: A welcome break from the commercial restaurants, Scarlet Rasoi might be the best place to go if you are looking for a good curry.
